A SPECIALTY DISH FROM SAIGON. Mixed rice plate with warm rice, grilled marinated pork steak, steamed shiitake quiche, sautéed spring onions, and pickled root vegetables. Also available with chicken steak.

Tenderly braised beef goulash in Vietnamese style, served with wheat noodles and fresh herbs. Refined with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and eggplant for a rich, full-bodied, and well-balanced flavor. Optionally with rice.
